Terms of Service

1Services We Provide

Server Host provides the following infrastructure and AI services:

• VPS: virtual servers with full root access, on the infrastructure and in the region you choose.
• Domains: registration, renewal, and nameserver management of domain names.
• Hosting: website hosting accounts set up by our team upon request via a support ticket.
• AI API: access to a range of AI models through a single OpenAI-compatible API key, billed per token.
• Daily API pass: access to Daily API pass models for a set period with unlimited requests under fair use.

These terms apply to individual and business users alike, including anyone who uses an account on your behalf. We may change, add, or discontinue services and update these terms at any time in line with operational needs and the regulations in force in Indonesia.

2Balance and Payment

All services are paid from your account balance. Balance terms:

• The balance is topped up via QRIS from any banking or e-wallet app that supports QRIS.
• A rupiah balance can be converted to AI credit at the exchange rate shown before you confirm.
• Service fees, renewals, and API usage are deducted directly from your balance or AI credit.
• Per-token AI API usage is calculated from the number of input and output tokens at the model price in effect when the request is sent.

3Active Period, Suspension, and Termination

• Subscription services (VPS, domains, hosting) remain active for the paid period and must be renewed before the active period ends.
• If auto-renew is on but the balance is insufficient, the service may be suspended.
• Services that are not renewed may be permanently deleted after the grace period ends, including all data in them.
• API keys may be blocked or revoked if used in violation of these terms or suspected of having been leaked.
• We may suspend or terminate services, with or without notice, if we find a violation.
• You may turn off auto-renew or stop a service at any time from the panel.

5Prohibited Content

Our services may not be used to store, distribute, or generate:

• Content or activities that violate the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Material that infringes the copyright or intellectual property rights of others.
• Hate speech or content that incites hostility based on ethnicity, religion, race, or group affiliation.
• Pornography, child exploitation, or other exploitative content.
• Human trafficking or any related activity.
• Phishing, scams, and other forms of fraud.
• Malware, viruses, or other harmful software.

Violations may result in permanent termination of service without a refund of the balance.

6Prohibited Activities

You are also prohibited from using our services to:

• Access networks, systems, or accounts of others without authorization.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Distribute pirated software.
• Send spam, mail bombs, or bulk email without the recipients' consent.
• Carry out DDoS attacks or other network attacks.
• Perform port or network scans without the owner's permission.
• Use resources excessively to the point of disrupting other users, including exceeding the API fair use limits.
• Resell or share API keys with others without written permission.
• Mine crypto assets without our written permission.
• File chargebacks without a valid reason.

7Use of the AI API

• API requests are forwarded to model providers for processing. Model responses may be inaccurate, and you are responsible for reviewing the output before using it.
• Do not send sensitive data such as passwords, health data, or the personal data of others without a valid legal basis.
• Model availability may change depending on the providers. Models that are no longer available may be removed from the catalog.
• The Daily API pass is subject to the fair use limits shown on the plan page. The active period starts when the key is activated.

8Availability and Support

• We strive to keep our services available but do not guarantee that they will be free of interruptions.
• For major outages proven to originate on our side, we may provide compensation in the form of balance credit.
• Technical assistance is provided through support tickets in the panel.
• Scheduled maintenance that affects services will be announced in advance where possible.

9User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your password, API keys, and server credentials confidential.
• Accounts may not be shared with unauthorized parties.
• We may suspend accounts suspected of misuse or of violating these terms.
• Account closure can be requested through a support ticket. Closure is permanent and any remaining balance is not refunded.

10Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided as is, without any warranties beyond those written on this page.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the services.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned in the last 1 (one) month.

11Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• Disputes shall first be resolved amicably through deliberation. If no agreement is reached, they shall be settled through the competent courts in Indonesia.
